International delivery
Little Miss P are unfortunately unable to post internationally.
Returns
Handmade Made-to-Order items are non-returnable.
Due to the one off nature of our handmade items (including face masks), returns are not excepted; however if your item is in anyway damaged, then please contact us by phone or email, within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for any required repairs to be done.
Orders for non-handmade items
Orders for non-handmade items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, and in original/unused condition. Please notify us by phone or email before the return.
The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and signed for to Little Miss P.
The refund issued will not include original shipping charges.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or soiled.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your happy with your Little Miss P purchase.
